Getting Started

Learn how to set up your QuickMeetly account and schedule your first meeting.

Prerequisites

  • A valid email address
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)

No software installation is required — QuickMeetly runs entirely in the browser.

Step 1 — Create Your Account

  1. Go to the QuickMeetly home page and click Go to App then Sign Up.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password, or sign up with Google.
  3. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link.

If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or request a new one from the login page.

Step 2 — Complete Onboarding

The first time you sign in, QuickMeetly walks you through a short setup:

Field Description
Username Your unique handle used in every booking URL — choose carefully, as changing it later breaks existing links
Full Name Displayed to guests on your public profile
Timezone Used as the default when creating availability schedules
About Optional short bio shown on your booking page
Avatar Optional profile photo

Click Save to finish onboarding and enter the dashboard.

Note: After onboarding, a default availability schedule will be created automatically.

Step 3 — Define Your Availability

Before anyone can book a meeting with you, QuickMeetly needs to know when you’re free.

  1. Go to Dashboard → Availability.
  2. Click New Availability.
  3. Give the schedule a name (e.g. Business Hours).
  4. Select your Timezone.
  5. Enable the days you’re available and add time slots (e.g. 09:00 – 17:00).
  6. Click Save.

You can create multiple schedules and assign a different one to each event type. Mark the schedule you’ll use most often as Default to pre-fill it automatically.

Step 4 — Create an Event Type

An Event Type defines a specific meeting format guests can book — its name, duration, location, and the URL they visit to pick a time.

  1. Go to Dashboard → Event Types.
  2. Click New Event Type.
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • Title — what guests see (e.g. 30-Minute Intro Call)
    • URL — the booking slug (e.g. intro-call)
    • Duration — one or more lengths guests can choose from
    • Availability — the schedule that controls your open slots
    • Location — Phone call, Google Meet, or In-Person
  4. Click Save.

Once your event type is saved, copy the booking URL and share it anywhere:

https://quickmeetly.com/<your-username>/<event-type-url>

Guests visit this link, pick an available slot in their own timezone, fill in their details, and submit — no account required on their end.

You can also share your public profile page, which lists all your enabled event types:

https://quickmeetly.com/<your-username>

What Happens When Someone Books

  1. The guest selects a date and time, fills in their name and email, and submits.
  2. You receive a notification and the meeting appears in Dashboard → Meetings.
  3. If the event type has Requires Confirmation enabled, the booking is marked Pending until you confirm or reject it. Otherwise it is confirmed immediately.
  4. Both you and the guest receive confirmation details including the meeting link or address.
